SHIPPING
• We ship via US Postal Service and will email you your tracking information
once your order has shipped. Shipping is a flat fee of $12 within the USA.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
• Shipping internationally can range between $25-40. We will contact you via
email to confirm additional shipping costs after you place your order.
SALES TAX
• All merchandise shipped to addresses in California will be subject to 9% California
sales tax.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
• reMadeUSA accepts returns within 14 days of your order and will refund your
money via PayPal. Merchandise must be shipped with a tracking number and insured
for the full value.
• For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping costs when
sending your merchandise back to us.
• Merchandise must be returned/exchanged in the original condition it was shipped.
This means the merchandise must be unused.
• Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise
and completed form. We will refund the purchase price of the item, minus the
shipping fees.
